This Privacy Policy describes how Storage Cleaner (“the app”), provided by JNA CREAVINE INC., handles information when you use the Android application and this website (https://yhcn.storagemadicleaner.com).

1. Private files and media files

Your private files and media files (photos, videos, screenshots, audio, and similar items in your gallery) are used to provide local cleanup features after you grant the required permission. Scanning, grouping, preview, and deletion run on your device so you can review items before they are removed. The app is not designed to upload your private files or media files to our servers as part of similar-photo, screenshot, video, or contacts-backup features.

2. Information we may collect

We may collect limited non-sensitive information that is not the content of your private files or media files, including:

• Crash logs and diagnostic records, to understand why the app failed.
• Anonymized or coarse device information (for example OS version, device model, app version, locale, and similar technical fields).
• App usage statistics (for example which screens are opened, whether a scan finished, and similar event counts) to improve stability and usability.

Advertising identifiers and ad-performance data may be processed by advertising partners when ads are shown, as described by those partners’ policies and Android advertising settings.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information above to keep the app stable, fix bugs, understand how features are used, and improve the product experience. We do not use the contents of your private files or media files for those diagnostic or analytics purposes.

4. Contacts backup

Contact backups created in the app are stored locally on the device. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes those local backup files.

5. Permissions

Depending on the feature, the app may request access to photos and videos, files, contacts (for backup/restore), notifications, or usage access (to display local app usage information). You can deny a permission; the related feature will not work until it is granted.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your private files or media files. Service providers that help with crash reporting, analytics, or advertising may receive the non-sensitive technical and usage information described above, only to operate those services.

7. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your country).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you review the revised policy.
